Scout: job search for people who are picky about work

Most job boards are built for volume — hundreds of loosely-relevant listings you have to sift through yourself. Scout works differently: you tell it what actually matters to you in plain language — comp floor, remote policy, industry, dealbreakers — and it searches live postings across the web, checks what's actually still open, and scores each one against your own standards. You get a short, ranked list with the reasoning behind every match, not a flood of results to dig through.
